EU funding for companies, potential entrepreneurs and innovative individuals

Ljubljana, 28 October 2022 – Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy has approved a little under €2.2 million in EU funding for a call for proposals for 2023 for providing integrated services to potential entrepreneurs and companies through supported institutions. 

The call for proposals will finance the free provision of services and activities to potential entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized companies in all stages of their development, innovative potential entrepreneurs and innovative potential fast growth start-ups, which operate in the frame of selected support institutions of the entrepreneurship and innovation supportive environment (SPOT – Slovenian Business Point, business incubators and start-up consortium). The call for proposals promotes entrepreneurship, in particular, the simple application of new ideas in the economic sector and the promotion of setting up new companies; also in the frame of business incubators. The EUR 3 million call for proposals will receive EUR 2,183,620.00 of European Regional Development Fund support.   

Slovenian Public Agency for Entrepreneurship, Internationalization, Foreign Investments and Technology will publish the call for proposals in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia on 28 October 2022.
