eSpace: “One space for everything”
Programme of projects eSpace: “One space for everything”
The project eSpace will cover the development of a single information infrastructure for spatial data in Slovenia in accordance with the INSPIRE directive. The project will result in the establishment of spatial information system and the redesign of property registers. This will enable electronic commerce in the procedures for obtaining a building permit, preparing spatial documents and registering real estate. Archives of real-estate records and state spatial documents will be scanned to be used in e-commerce within the new information system. The project will also cover location improvement of the graphic part of the land cadastre and include data on the built-up of building land.
The project plays an important part in enhancing the competitiveness and greening the economy, improving the business environment and enhancing entrepreneurial activity in the field of spatial planning, construction and real-estate records. The project aims to remove administrative barriers, introduce paperless e-commerce in public sector as well as the economic sector, and simplify access to official data on real-estate and spatial data. This will speed up and simplify doing business for business entities in events related to spatial management, construction and real-estate management.
