4ALL
The project 4ALL builds on the faith in a non-discriminatory society and aims to reduce discrimination through numerous activities making an important contribution to awareness-raising, recognising and solving problems in society related to unequal opportunities and discrimination against vulnerable groups such as Roma, homosexuals, refugees, the socially disadvantaged and the disabled. The project aims to raise awareness of non-governmental organisations that are most often contacted by people from vulnerable groups. It is very important to recognise discrimination in due time, to know the mechanisms for preventing it and factors that can protect individuals from discrimination.
Two targeted campaigns were carried out: one campaign focused on raising awareness of NGOs about different forms of discrimination, and eliminating stereotypes about the most vulnerable groups (Roma, homosexuals, refugees and the socially disadvantaged), the second campaign focused on raising awareness and educating about equality and non-discrimination. The latter emphasized the importance of accessibility for people with disabilities to proper environment and information that enables people with disabilities to live independently and integrate better into society, as well as improve their inclusion into the labour market. The primary target group of the project were NGOs and the secondary target group were key stakeholders, especially public institutions such as field inspectorates, the police, ministries, local public institutions and communities, and educational institutions involved in education, training and workshops implemented in the framework of the project.
